| Sunderban Jungle Camp Accommodation
Eco Lodge at Bali Island named Sunderbans Jungle Camp has 06 ethnic cottages (04 Three-bedded+02 Four-bedded) that respect local rural architecture and constructed with local materials. The camp is surrounded by lush green village gardens, trees, pond - overlooking the sanctuary on the bank of river Gumdi. The camp is powered by pollution-free solar energy with powerful generator back up (battery can be charged). The camp has all facilities including safe drinking water and clean, local food. The people of Bali village are your host. They are the transformed conservationists and gainfully involved in the camp. They will take you around the forest or on a cruise through the creeks or help you have authentic encounters with the people of Sunderbans. They will tell you the story of tigers, birds, flora. They are the people who know the address of each and every turn of the river, and every creek. A small but growing library with volumes on flora, fauna and natural history pertaining to the region are also available in the office.
The food: While at camp, we serve local dishes specially and tastefully cooked for you by our trained local chef. Much variety is not possible owing to the remoteness of the area, yet best possible food is provided under strict hygienic supervision. Vegetables come from the organic gardens of the village, fresh fish and crab from the rivers and ponds, chicken from the village farms and fresh honey from the honey collectors' houses.

What we do not have:- There are no television sets, telephones or inter-com in the cottages.
- We are not licensed to serve alcoholic drinks and beverages. However, guests can bring their own stock
- We do not have room service, except in exceptional cases where the guest is not feeling well.
- There is no restaurant. Meals are fixed menu and mostly of authentic local cuisine and in consultation with food preferences of the guests.
Tinchuley Eco Village Tinchuley which literally means three Chulas or ovens is a Model Village and a Community Tourism initiative in the Darjeeling Hills. You will be hosted by one of the oldest and largest joint families of Darjeeling hills (about 22 family members) here who has put together a guest house with 04 double bedded and 04 four-bedded rooms with private toilet cum bath in one building. Dining hall with local fresh food of traditional dishes and common regular items are provided from house kitchen. This is a unique experience of typical Himalayan village hospitality at its best. Close-by is a good viewpoint for viewing the snow capped mountains. Interesting village and forest walk. Village livelihood processes can be experienced. |   |
