Thattekkad Birding Camp is located in a six acre rubber plantation at “Kaduvappara or The Tiger Rock”. This area is surrounded by the moist deciduous and semi-evergreen forests of Neryamangalam Reserve forests. The nearest road head is at Palamattom, from where you will be transferred to Kaduvappara by a country boat across River Periyar(15 minutes ride). A five minutes walk will end at our camp site.
